Our Estate Planning Lawyers Will Help You Prepare

Huffman Law Offices, P.C., opened its first office in 1998 in Maryville, Illinois. Since then we have practiced predominantly in the areas of estate planning and the evolving field of elder law. We have worked with hundreds of clients to develop and implement comprehensive and legally sound estate plans.

We assist adults of all ages in establishing wills, trusts, and powers of attorney to guide family members in the event of incapacity or death. We also help clients or children of elderly parents with long-term care planning, guardianship, and probate administration. In recent years, the firm has expanded its elder law practice into life care planning and special needs planning for disabled beneficiaries.

A Team of Professionals

Our attorneys and staff are qualified to meet your needs:

Brian Huffman has practiced law since 1992 and has concentrated in wills, trusts, and elder law since opening his own practice over two decades ago. Attorney Michelle Weber also brings significant experience in estate planning, probate administration, special needs planning, and guardianship to the firm. Curtis Bailey has actively practiced for over two decades, with experience in areas of estate planning and business law, and estate and business succession planning throughout his career.

To better meet the unique needs of our elderly clientele, we brought on eldercare consultant Margaret Huffman, a registered nurse with experience in geriatric rehabilitation and home care.

Our service area has expanded over the years as well. We meet clients in two convenient Illinois locations: Maryville and O’Fallon, IL. Under certain circumstances, we can provide at-home consultations.
