Brian A. Huffman-Attorney:

Brian received his Bachelors degree from St.
Louis University in 1989 and his Law degree
from University of Missouri-Columbia in 1992.
He has been practicing law since 1992. He has
focused his areas of practice to estate planning
and elder law for the last decade.

Brian is licensed in both Illinois and Missouri. He
is a member of both the Illinois and Missouri Bar
Associations, the National Care Planning
Council, as well as a member of the National
Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is also the
President of the Collinsville Soccer Assoc., a
not-for-profit children's recreational soccer
program.
Michelle E. Weber-Attorney:

Michelle received her Bachelors degree from
Illinois State University in 1993 and her Law
degree from St. Louis University in 2004. Prior
to receiving her law degree she worked as a
paralegal predominantly in the area of estate
planning. She has been practicing law since 2004.

Michelle is licensed in both Illinois and Missouri.
She is a member of both the Illinois and Missouri
Bar Associations.

Margaret M. Huffman - Elder Care Consultant:

Margaret received her Associates Degree in
Applied Science Physical Therapy Assistant in
1990 from Belleville Area College and her
Bachelors Degree in Nursing in 2005 from
Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.

She practiced as a licensed physical therapist
assistant for fifteen years in the geriatric rehab
setting. After receiving her nursing degree she
worked for two years as a Home Health
Registered Nurse handling treatment and case
management

Margaret is a licensed Registered Nurse in
Missouri and Illinois. She maintains a current
Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant license. She
also is a member of the National Association of
Professional Geriatric Care Mangers.

Beth Kennedy – Paralegal

Beth received her Bachelor’s Degree from
Benedictine College, majoring in Economics in
1986.  She is currently working on her
Associate’s Degree in paralegal studies from
Southwestern Illinois College and is a member
of the St. Louis Association of Legal Assistants.  
While assisting with the document production
for the firm, Beth also acts a liaison between
government offices, such as the Department of
Human Services and the Officer of Inspector
General, for the firm as well as our clients.  
Beth works hand in hand with our clients
assisting with handling of Estate and Medicaid
Planning needs.
