Our firm opened it's first office in 1998, and since
then has been practicing predominately in the area of
Estate Planning and Elder Law, working with
hundreds of clients to develop and implement their
estate plans, assisting Seniors and their families with
long-term care issues, guardianship, probate, and
giving workshops and seminars on the topics of
Estate Planning and Elder Law. In recent years the
firm has expanded to include other Elder Law areas,
such as Life Care Planning and Planning for Disabled
Beneficiaries.
In order to better assist our clients with some of the
unique issues that arise in an elder law practice we
have brought into our firm an Elder Care Consultant,
who is a Registered Nurse. She can assist with
planning for our clients and their families, including
at-home evaluations.
